For Australian orders, all Australian online purchases are sent Express Post via Australia Post. The shipping cost is a flat fee of $9.95 anywhere in Australia - free if the order is over $100.

Online purchases are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the date of order, please allow up 1 - 4 business days to receive your order depending on the destination location from our Melbourne warehouse. Where possible, if the destination name and address on a separate order match then DÉCLIC may consolidate the orders into one delivery. We will contact you if there are any delays in processing or shipping your order.

For international orders, all international orders are sent via DHL. The shipping cost is a flat fee of $9.95 to the countries listed below. Please be aware that this pricing does not include any possible taxes, duties or fees which may be imposed by customs in the destination country.
